Totally Sitting to Totally Running- Couch to 5K!

Totally Running is proud to present our Couch to 5k Program beginning January 1st!

Starting January 1st every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday we will meet at the McFarland Greenway to go from Totally Sitting to Totally Running! During this 8 week program we will take any non-runner and turn them into a 5k ready runner who can complete a 5k in just 30 minutes! The program comes with many perks such as exclusive seminars, workshops, and FREE Cupcake Race entry!

Must attend one session per week to remain active!
